  • In-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Catalogue or pre-order items may require longer processing due to external supplier or customs delays.

All parcels are discreetly packaged and shipped from our distribution center in Durban, South Africa.


Shipping Methods & Timeframes

In-Stock Items

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (excludes weekends & public holidays)

  • Delivery Options:

    • Courier (Door-to-Door): 1–3 business days (may be longer in outlying areas)

    • PostNet to PostNet: 1–4 business days

    • Pargo Pickup Points: 1–4 business days

      • Note: Max parcel size 40x40x40cm

      • Pickup locations include Clicks, FreshStop at Caltex, and partner stores


Catalogue / Pre-Order Items

  • Processing Time: 2–15 business days

    • Delays may occur due to:

      • International shipping and customs clearance

      • Supplier stock availability

      • Unforeseen events (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics)

  • Delivery Methods: Same as in-stock items

Tracking & Responsibility

  • Tracking Numbers will be provided once your parcel is shipped.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their parcel via the relevant courier platform.

  • Sweet Phoenix After Dark is not responsible for:

    • Incorrect or outdated tracking

    • Delivery issues due to address errors or changes after shipping

    • Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability

    • Delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure


Delivery Completion

A parcel is considered delivered once the courier records a successful drop-off (signature or electronic confirmation) at the shipping address provided.


Returns, Refunds & Hygiene Policy

  • Due to the intimate nature of our products, no returns are accepted once items have been shipped, unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.

  • All products are carefully inspected, sealed, and quality-checked before dispatch.
